Overview
In each class you’ll learn short breath resets, gentle movement, and low-pressure, hands-on art to release stress, unlock expression, and build confidence in your own process. No experience needed—just curiosity and basic art materials. Every workshop gives you simple techniques you can repeat at home or work. You’ll leave with a small toolkit you can use whenever you need clarity, calm, or fresh energy. A full course if 5 sessions and there are 20 courses in total! Give yourself the break of artmaking on a weekly basis and find your inner voice and peace.
Sessions work best in order but can be mixed and matched to fit your week.
Summer 2026 term:
THE ART RESET 3 – Wednesdays 6pm from 17 June to 15 July
THE ART RESET 2 – Fridays 6pm from 03 July to 31 July
THE ART RESET 1 – Sundays 6pm 26 July to 30 August
